CHRISTMAS: Aleshinloye Charges Christians on Christ’s Virtues

Prince Ayodeji Abass-Aleshinloye, a Federal Character Designate, has extended warm felicitations to Christians across the country as they celebrate the Christmas season.

In a goodwill message issued through his media office, Aleshinloye described Christmas as a period that symbolises love, peace, sacrifice and hope for humanity, urging Christians to reflect on the virtues of Christ and extend kindness to one another, particularly to the less privileged.

He called on Nigerians to use the festive season to promote unity, tolerance and peaceful coexistence, noting that the core values of Christmas remain critical to national harmony and development.

The National Deputy Chairman, NALGON Emeritus, emphasised the need for peace and tolerance, urging Nigerians to shun violence and instead embrace dialogue, mutual respect and national cohesion during and beyond the Yuletide.

Aleshinloye also appealed to Christian leaders to continue praying for the country and its leaders, in line with biblical injunctions, to ensure that Nigeria remains on the right path, while encouraging citizens to remain hopeful and committed to building a better and more prosperous nation.

He further prayed for a joyful Christmas celebration for Christian faithful and wished all Nigerians a peaceful and prosperous Yuletide season.
