Bishop Adelakun Dedicates HPCC Miracle Land Cathedral in Ibadan

The Presiding Bishop of Victory International, Taiwo Adelakun, has officially dedicated the newly built Miracle Land Cathedral of His Pavilion Christian Centre (HPCC), Ibadan.

Bishop Adelakun, accompanied by his wife, Dolapo, and joined by HPCC Lead Pastor, Rev’d Niyi Dahunsi, and his wife, Prophetess Debbie, cut the ribbon at the grand edifice located at Agric Area, off Dizengof/Iyana Church Road, along Kolapo Ishola Estate, Ibadan. The ribbon-cutting marked the formal opening of the worship centre.

The dedication was particularly significant as Bishop Adelakun had turned the sod for the project on Sunday, April 28, 2024. Since its founding in 2015, HPCC, a ministry of The Revealed Word of His Power, has witnessed remarkable growth, moving from a rented red-brick apartment to a state-of-the-art cathedral.

The event also doubled as a three-in-one celebration, featuring the dedication of the Cathedral, the 10th anniversary of the church, and the birthday thanksgiving of Rev’d Dahunsi. Members of the congregation and invited guests expressed their joy through songs of praise and thanksgiving, before joining in the cutting of the anniversary cake.

In his exhortation, Bishop Adelakun urged Christians to embrace selfless service and cultivate the spirit of giving towards God’s projects.

He stressed that such commitment enriches both personal and spiritual lives, warning that lack of service to God and humanity could hinder true economic and spiritual progress.

Rev’d Dahunsi described the successful completion of the Miracle Land Cathedral as a divine project, noting that the smooth acquisition of land and the community’s warm acceptance reflected God’s guidance.

The cathedral itself has been described as a masterpiece, combining modern architectural design with worship-centered functionality. Its spacious auditorium, contemporary facilities, and serene environment reflected the vision of a ministry committed to creating a place of excellence for worship and community impact.

Many attendees testified that the event was not just a dedication but also a spiritual reawakening, as it rekindled hope in the power of faith, perseverance, and unity.

For the members of HPCC, the Miracle Land Cathedral is more than a building as it stands as a symbol of God’s faithfulness and the fulfilment of a ten-year journey of growth and grace.

The colourful ceremony attracted top ministers of the gospel, dignitaries, and well-wishers from within and outside Ibadan, all celebrating the milestone achievement of the church.
