President Tinubu Congratulates Oba Ladoja at 80
President Bola Tinubu has congratulated Oba Rashidi Ladoja on the occasion of his 80th birthday.
The president described Oba Rashidi s an accomplished businessman who had served as Governor of Oyo State from 2003 to 2007 and Senator in the Third Republic.
President Tinubu, also chronicled Oba Ladoja’s elevation from Otun Olubadan of Ibadanland to a beaded-crown wearing Oba by the Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba Owolabi Olakulehin.
In a statement by the Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, the President commended Oba Ladoja for his strength of will and courage in the pursuit of justice and lofty ideals. 
The President recalls his time at the Senate during the Third Republic when providence crossed their paths, and thanks Oba Ladoja for his friendship and support over the years.”
