Oyo Assembly Reinstates LG Chairman
The Oyo state House of Assembly, on Tuesday, reinstated the chairman, Akinyele Local Government, Mr Taoreed Adedigba.
The house reinstated the chairman following the approval of a report presented by the adhoc committee chaired by Honourable Peter Ojedokun.
Adedigba was suspended in July, 2023 by the lawmakers over allegations of impunity, abuse of office and misappropriation of local government funds levelled against him.
