This reaffirmation came from the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Sir Adetola Emmanuelking, in Ibadan, during the grand finale of the 2025 Press Week of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Oyo State Council, where he was honoured with the Icon of Community Development Award.
Sir Emmanuelking, who was represented by the Managing Director of Adron Group, Mrs. Adenike Ajobo, described the award as a recognition of the company’s continuous contribution to housing development and community empowerment across Nigeria.
She emphasized that Adron Homes operates with a clear policy framework that promotes genuine property acquisition processes and safeguards clients against any form of illegality in real estate transactions.

Presenting the award, the Senator representing Oyo Central Senatorial District, Dr. Yunus Akintunde, commended Adron Homes and Properties for its immense contributions to reducing the housing deficit in Nigeria through innovative, people-oriented strategies.
Dr. Akintunde also lauded the company for complementing government efforts in providing affordable housing and promoting community development, describing Adron Homes as a model for ethical real estate practice in the country.
