Kayode Babatuyi Leads EKITI NUJ New Executives
Kayode Babatuyi, a reporter with Radio Nigeria, Progress FM 100.5 , in Ado-ekiti has emerged the new chairman of Nigeria Union of Journalists, NUJ, Ekiti State Council
Babatuyi was declared winner in a election held at the NUJ press centre . Other executive members Inaugurated include Yinka Ilori-Vice Chairman, Seun Ogunsakin-Secretary, Victor Akinkuolie-Assistant Secretary, Lawrence Ibitoye-Financial Secretary, Abidemi Sikiru as Treasurer and Olubunmi Ibiteye as Auditor.
In his acceptance speech, after taking oath of office, the new Chairman of NUJ in Ekiti State, Mr Kayode Babatuyi promised to consolidate on the achievements of his predecessor.
He announced the appointments and set up three committees to work with his administration to achieve the desired success.
