FIFA has unveiled the official volunteer uniform for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, offering a first look at the outfit that will be worn by thousands of volunteers across host cities in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
The new kit features a bold, modern design created with a focus on visibility, comfort, and practicality.
Volunteers will wear coordinated layers designed to suit different weather conditions across the three host countries, ensuring flexibility for indoor and outdoor duties throughout the tournament.
FIFA on its X handle on Tuesday, said, “The uniform is intended to reflect the spirit of the event while making volunteers easily recognisable to fans, teams, and officials.
The design incorporates bright, energetic colours and graphic elements that emphasise unity and celebration, aligning with the global nature of the tournament.”
Volunteers are expected to play a central role in the 2026 World Cup, assisting with stadium operations, fan engagement, transportation support, and accreditation services.
FIFA says the uniform is not only functional but also symbolic, highlighting volunteers as a key part of the event’s identity and success.
The 2026 tournament will be the first FIFA World Cup hosted across three countries, and is set to be the largest edition in the competition’s history, featuring an expanded 48-team format.
