A lone accident has occurred along Ado-Iworoko Ekiti road allegedly involving five students of Ekiti State University, EKSU.
Witnesses said the accident was caused by excessive speeding by the students.
They said the Lexus car having hit a solar light pole along the route summersaulted severally before it could stop.
The witnesses alleged that the brand new Lexus car with registration number KRD 410 KL had learner poster pasted behind it.
They stressed that during summersault, three of the students were thrown through the windows while one of the tyres of the Lexus removed on motion
The witnesses however called for measures to checkmate recklessness among students driving along the route.
Meanwhile, the five occupants who sustained several degrees of injuries have been rushed to EKSUTH for medical attention.
