Court Adjourns Adedoyin Death Sentence Appeal
The Court of Appeal, sitting in Akure has adjourned the appeal filed by Rahmon Adedoyin till further notice.
A death sentence was passed on Adedoyin, owner of Hilton Honours Hotel, Ile-Ife, and two others over the death of MBA-EXECUTIVE Student of Obafemi Awolowo University, OAU, Timothy Adegoke.
The Abuja based accountant Timothy lodged in the hotel in preparation for his final exams at the institution and got killed in his room.
The Justice who presided over the hearing told the Prosecuting Counsel, Femi Falana and Adedoyin’s Defence Counsel that they will be duly informed of the next sitting.
