The Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Oyo State Council, has felicitated the Iseyin-Born Legal luminary, Alhaji Ahmed Raji, SAN, on the occasion of his birthday
In a congratulatory statement jointly signed by the Chairman, Mr Akeem Abas, and the Secretary, Temidayo Adu, the Council expressed appreciation for the celebrant’s commitment to the advancement of justice, the rule of law and the strengthening of democratic institutions.
The Council noted that Alhaji Ahmed Raji, SAN, has distinguished himself through years of professional service, intellectual depth and dedication to the legal profession, adding that his experience and expertise have continued to contribute to the administration of justice and the promotion of constitutional values.
It described Alhaji Raji as a prominent Nigeria legal practitioner and philanthropist who has touched lives through professional and humanitarian services.
The Oyo NUJ leadership also commended his commitment to the principles of justice, fairness and due process, stressing that the legal profession remains an important pillar of democracy and good governance.
The Council wished him continued wisdom, good health, strength and fulfilment as he marks another year, while urging him to sustain his contributions to the legal profession and national development.
