The Federal Government has let out its plan to grant waivers to federal hospitals nationwide, allowing them to recruit additional staff.<\/p>\n

The Minister of State for Health, Dr. Tunji Alausa, made this revelation during a facility tour of the University College Hospital {UCH} in Ibadan.<\/p>\n

The intention, according to him was an effort to address the existing shortage of human resources in the health sector.<\/p>\n

The minister emphasized that, during the ongoing recruitment process, each hospital must be transparent and accountable for the allocated slots to prevent abuse of the process.<\/p>\n
