Olaoluwa Declares For 2027 Oyo Governorship Race
plOyo State Governorship hopeful, Olaoluwa Peter Abidemi, popularly called OPA by his supporters, has declared interest to contest for the governorship seat in Oyo State come 2027.
Olaoluwa made the declaration at Afijio Local Government APC Secretariat at Jobele while addressing leaders, stakeholders, and party members.
Olaoluwa explained that he is prepared to change the fortunes of Oyo State from the level it is now.
He stated that if elected as the next governor of Oyo State, there would be priorities of agriculture and farming, which can boost the socio-economic development of the state.
He added that agriculture will also generate more income and provide thousands of job opportunities for the youths of the state.
Olaoluwa added that better times are here for workers across the state as there would be improved welfare and training as at when due.
The guber aspirant, who is also a Chartered Accountant, assured that the finances of the state would be well managed and duly accounted for by his administration.
He appealed to leaders and members of APC in Oyo state to support his aspiration, promising he would not disappoint the party and people of the state.
Responding, some leaders of the party at the event assured the guber aspirant of their readiness to give their support come 2027.
