HPCC Convention Climaxes with High Praise, Jubilation
Ministers and members of His Pavilion Christian Centre, HPCC has wrapped up the church’s 2024 annual convention tagged “Wonders” with praises and thanksgiving to God.
The jubilant congregation led by the lead pastor Rev’d Niyi Dahunsi and wife, Prophetess Debbie Dahunsi was enmeshed in quality and undiluted worship to God for the blessings and miracles that characterised the four days programme.
The service which featured ministration from the General Overseer, Victory International Church, Bishop Taiwo Adelakun and a fast rising gospel artiste, Emma Song as well as the church choir would linger in the church history as the entire congregation prophetically declared the next convention would hold at Miracle Land, the church’s new cathedral
In a sermon, entitled “Wonders of Wisdom”, General Overseer, Victory International Church, Bishop Taiwo Adelakun, highlighted the four kinds of wisdom, namely: Earthly wisdom, Sensual wisdom, Devilish/Demonic wisdom and Divine wisdom
Bishop Adelakun, enjoined the congregation to embrace divine wisdom which according to him would enable them to be profitable, endear good legacy, exhibit mighty works as well as radiate in creativity, Innovation ingenuity.
Evil is on Marking Time, God is Going to Visit Nigeria – Rev’d Dahunsi
The Lead Pastor Rev’d ‘Niyi Dahunsi has declared that ungodly activities which has inflicted hardship on sufferings on the people would soon come to a halt saying God will visit Nigeria.
Rev’d Dahunsi explained that the citizens were suffering because the leaders lacked divine wisdom, dynamism , and proactiveness to solve the challenges of governance
Before now, Nigeria has not been so lucky with leaders that are dynamic, leaders that are visionary, leaders that are proactive and leaders that are righteous that will stand for righteousness that will not care whose ox is gord in order for the nation to move forward.”
Now, what people fail to realise is that, when righteousness is not upon the land, the land cannot flourish. The Bible says, righteousness, exalts a Nation. And you cannot be greater than the nation that houses you and so if our leaders actually see that coming. Then they’ll be able to put away their evil selfish, wicked ways, and then work with God by wisdom, to launch the country forward. Not because some of our leaders don’t know what to do, but a cloud of environment, the people that surrounds them are people whose hands have been enmeshed in evil and so they also want to serve them, you know, it’s like eating with the devil, you need a long spoon.”
He admonished the people to exhibit true followership by walking in wisdom and equip themselves to so as to defeat the famine ravaging the country
Rev’d Dahunsi, while reminiscing on the start up of the church, appreciated God for his abundant blessings and the grace to grow in leaps and bounds.
“When this place started a few years ago, 2015 to be specific, it was just myself and my family. And as you see us you wonder are these people serious at all, you know, but when God calls, you know, he backs, He called only Abram out, see what Israel is today. And so we trust him that on the wings of Wonders, we’re definitely going to get there.
This building has housed us, Grace has spoken for us and we have experienced the miracles and the wonders of God. Countless testimonies that I cannot begin to talk about, God has given those that are waiting on God babies; God has given people great relationships, marriages have taken place.
“People have secured wonderful jobs, you know, and God has given hope to the hopeless. He has healed the sick, He has delivered the oppressed we’ve seen salvation.”
