The Dangote Petroleum Refinery has once again reduced the ex-depot price of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS), commonly known as petrol. The new price stands at N825 per litre, down from N835.
This marks the second price cut in just a few weeks. Back in April, the refinery had lowered the price from N865 to N835, signaling a continued push to make fuel more affordable.
According to industry insiders, this latest reduction is part of Dangote Refinery’s strategy to boost competitiveness in the local market and offer better value to consumers as it steadily expands its footprint across Nigeria’s domestic fuel sector.
