The Commandant of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Ondo State Command, Commandant Oluyemi Ibiloye has been conferred with the Yoruba Study Group Leadership Excellence Award as an Icon of Excellence and a distinguished Peace and Security Ambassador of the Year 2025.
In a statement by the CDPRO, Ondo State Command, DSC Daniel Aidamenbor (fwip) indicated that the Commandant Oluyemi Ibiloye has demonstrated exceptional leadership qualities and excellence in his professional career, advancing humanity’s cause.hencebtge award.
Presenting the award, The Yoruba Study Group President, Mr. Adeosun Williams stated, ‘The Yoruba Study Group is honored to recognize and celebrate Commandant Ibiloye’s outstanding contributions to Nigeria’s national security, protection of lives and properties, and critical national assets, as well as promoting peace in Nigeria.’

The Yoruba Study Group, a social-political organization established in 2009, aims to promote and project Yoruba traditions, values, and cultural heritage through omoluabi ethos.
The awardee, Commandant Ibiloye who dedicated the award to the Minister of Interior, Dr. Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, and the Commandant General, Prof. Ahmed Abubakar Audi, mni OFR, for the opportunity to serve, expressed gratitude to the Yoruba Study Group for the award and pledged to uphold the omoluabi ethos, propagate social readjustment, and cultural identity recovery of the nation, focusing on quality service delivery.
