CAC Evangelist, Victoria Adegoke Dies on Christmas Day
Evangelist Victoria Oyekemi Adegoke is dead.
She died on Christmas day evening after preaching to her congregation during the service.
According to the son of the deceased, Pastor Raphael Adegoke who explained that the late evangelist was very energetic as at the close of the church service, saying she had a video call with all her children before she passed on.
Mummy spoke with all of us including the grandchildren on WhatsApp video around 1pm, she was still in the church then, greeted everyone and played with us. We didn’t see any sign that she was about to die only for us to hear the shocking news on the evening. We believe God called her home to rest.”
After the call with the children, she held counselling session with church members. Infact, she visited some of her neighbours in the area to felicitate them before she finally passed on in her home.”
Evangelist Victoria Aderemi Adegoke, aged 73, began her ministry in 1993 and served as an evangelist at three assemblies including CAC Oke Ọlọrun kiiseti, Power House, Kajola for about two decades before she planted CAC Fountain of Mercy, with her husband Pastor Aderemi Adegoke.The church which had expanded into three congregations at different locations in Ibadan.
She is survived by husband, Children and grandchildren.
