Breaking: PDP 2023 Governorship Candidate, Jandor Returns to APC
The People’s Democratic Party’s Governorship Candidate in Lagos during the 2023 Election Dr Abdul-Azeez Olajide Adediran, popularly known as JANDOR, has announced his defection to the All progressives Congress, APC.
Jandor made this announcement while addressing newsmen in Lagos.
Jandor, who recently resigned from the PDP, has been engaging in high-level political consultations, including meetings with former Vice President Atiku Abubakar and other prominent figures.
The latest was a closed door meeting with President Bola Tinubu at the Aso villa threw days ago
The meeting, according to Jandor’s spokesperson, Gbenga Ogunleye, was a strategic step toward the next political dispensation.
I can confirm that Dr. Abdul-Azeez Olajide Adediran (Jandor) met with President Bola Tinubu on Monday. He has also previously met with former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, former President Ibrahim Babangida, former Head of State Gen. Abdusalami Abubakar, and the Social Democratic Party (SDP) presidential candidate in the 2023 elections, Prince Adewole Adebayo, among other national leaders,” Ogunleye stated.
The politician had recently resigned from the PDP following allegations levelled against some members of the PDP
