AWA Hails Rev. Adegbite’s Appointment as Aso Villa Chaplain

Oyo Central Senatorial hopeful, Alhaji Ademola Wasiu Alli (AWA), has congratulated his kinsman from Fiditi, Oyo State, Rt Rev. Dr. Stephen Adegbite, on his appointment as the new Chaplain of the Aso Villa Chapel.

AWA, in a congratulatory message on Sunday, described Adegbite’s appointment as a great honour not only to his immediate family but also to Fiditi community, Oyo State and Nigeria as a whole.

He said the Executive Secretary of the Nigeria Christian Pilgrim Commission has over the years demonstrated commitment to the service of God, humanity and the pursuit of peace in the country.

According to him, Adegbite’s elevation to such a highly revered national spiritual office was a testament to his exemplary pastoral work, devotion, humility, and passion for interfaith harmony.

AWA said Adegbite’s appointment would further enhance the spiritual guidance of the Presidency and foster unity among Nigerians, especially at a time when the nation needs moral and spiritual rejuvenation.

The senatorial hopeful urged Adegbite to bring his wealth of experience and grace to bear in his new assignment, praying that God would strengthen him to excel in the role.

He expressed confidence that Adegbite would use the platform to foster peace, reconciliation, and national healing, assuring him of continued prayers and support from his people back home in Fiditi and Oyo State.
