Akim Yusuf Mourns Ewi Exponent Adepoju, Chief Imam Tede Adedigba
The ADP Governorship candidate in the 2023 general election in Oyo State, Mr. Akim Yusuf has mourned the death of the renowned Ewi Exponent Late Olanrewaju Adepoju and the Chief Imam of Tede in Atisbo Local Government, Alhaji Ahmed Tijani Adedigba
Mr Yusuf, in a condolence message personally signed by him notes that the two distinguished men lived exemplary lives filled with impacts and achievements.
My family and 1 join the Government and the good people of Oho State to mourn the passage of two illustrious citizens:
1. Alhaji Ahmed Tijani Adedigba, the Chief Imam of Tede in Atisbo Local Government;
2. Chief Olanrewaju Adepoju, the great “ewì” poet/exponent.
These two distinguished men lived exemplary, lives filled with achievements and their loss will be greatly felt not only by their families, but everyone who ever had cause to interact with or listen to these great men. I wish their departed souls peaceful rest and al-jannah Firdaus.
