Aiyedatiwa’s Administration Promotes Religious Tolerance in Ondo – Osamaaye
The Ondo state government has urged Muslims faithfuls to continue to pray for the peaceful coexistence and success of the present administration
The Special Adviser to the ondo state governor on Women Affairs, Dr Seun Osamaye stated this while speaking at the Ifedore Ramadan prayers held at the central mosque Igbara Oke .
Dr Osamaye said that the peaceful coexistence of the people of Ondo state would also give room for rapid development and progress hence the need for religious bodies and leaders to make a point of duty to pray for the Aiyedatiwa led administration
The Special Adviser said the over twenty central mosques in the local government were engaged in the program to pray and Interface with the people
She urged the faithfuls to embrace religious tolerance in other to have a peaceful society .
Also speaking, the chief Imam of Ifedore local government, Alhaji Muyideen Adatiloye promised that the Muslim community would continue to do it best to promote tolerance and pray for success of the present administration
