Abass-Aleshinloye Bags Oluyole LG Distinguished Merit Award

Former Executive chairman, Oluyole Local Government, Prince Ayodeji Abass-Aleshinloye has received a distinguished merit award from Oluyole Local Government.

The award was presented at the graduation ceremony of a vocational training organized by the Oluyole local government under the leadership of Engr Akeem Olatunji.

The event brought together political stakeholders from different parties in the State and captain of industries.

Abass-Aleshinloye served the good people of Oluyole Local Government for two term and was elected as the Algon Chairman in the state.

Presenting the award, Speaker, Oyo State House of Assembly, Rt.Hon Adebo Ogundoyin, flanked by Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy, Hon Demola Ojo, said the award was presented in recognition and appreciation of his outstanding contributions to the development of Oluyole local government.

Receiving the award, the former Algon Chairman who was excited at the recognition, expressed gratitude to the executive Chairman Oluyole Local Government, Engr Akeem Olatunji for recognizing his progressive activities in the local government, assuring the people that the award would spur him to double his efforts in delivering the dividends of democracy.

Aleshinloye commended Olatunji for the exemplary work he has implemented since he assumed the post of the chairman and advised him on the feedback mechanism as a key to success.
