President Tinubu’s Son, Seyi Donates N500 Million to Victims of Maiduguri Flood
President Bola Tinubu’s son, Seyi Tinubu, has donated the sum of 500 million Naira to victims of the Maiduguri flood which ravaged 70 per cent of the city and displaced millions of residents.
Seyi who was accompanied by his brother, friends, and associates while donating on their behalf said they were in Maiduguri to sympathise with the victims.
Seyi stated that the visit was the first step towards contributing to ameliorating the current difficult situation of the young people affected by the flood.
He assured that the intervention would continue until Borno state, especially Maiduguri, sees the light again.
Addressing the state Governor, Babagana Zulum, and other important dignitaries who received him in the state government house, said the people of Borno state were known for their resilience even amidst insecurity that ravaged the state in some years past.
