Akinsola Family Re-affirms Chief Olawale Oladoja as Mogaji
Members of the Akinsola family home and abroad have declared that they have no plan to replace chief Olawale Oladoja as the mogaji of the family compound.
The family who trooped out in their numbers, rolled out the drums in a jubilating mood to give chief Oladoja a rousing and heroic welcome, called on the Olubadan designate, Oba Owolabi Olakulehin to vacate the suspension placed on their Mogaji when coronated.
Recalled that Mogaji Oladoja was last year September , suspended by the Late Olubadan Oba Lekan Balogun but was reinstated by the Oyo State high court of justice in April this year.
Dr. Oladosu Adenrele, an elder in the Akinsola Compound, explained that Mogaji Oladoja was rightly and unanimously selected to represent the Akinsola Compound, noting that none could replace him while alive.
“We’ve held several meetings and had given him our words that we do not have any other mogaji aside him. If there’s any rancour between him and Olubadan in Council, it should be settled, it’s political, that’s why we are here to let him know that all the Akinsola sons and daughters are solidly behind him.”

Corroborating, Mr. Tiamiyu Akinpelu from Aba Alagbẹdẹ and Mr Sule Alao from Aba Ado, called on the Olubadan Designate, Oba Owolabi Olakulehin to reverse the injustice done on the representative of the Akinsola Compound, saying any underserved treatment done to Mogaji Oladoja is to all members of the family compound
“We all know and revere Olawale Oladoja as our Mogaji, he a good and upright man.
Others who spoke, Mr. Suraju Suara, Mrs Afusatu Kilani, and Serifatu Suara, passed vote of confidence on Mogaji Oladoja and cautioned anyone planning of causing division in the family will do so in his own peril.
The highly elated Mogaji Olawale Oladoja who expressed joy at the reception, described the gesture as a morale booster, saying their unwavering support was commendable
“As I speak to you today, under the law, culture and tradition,I remain the Mogaji Akinsola Compound, anyone who oppose it will run contempt of the court”
Mogaji Oladoja, expressed the believe that Oba Owolabi Olakulehin, when coronated as the 43rd Olubadan would right the wrong.
