2023 AFCON: CAF Awards Fan of The Match to Nigeria’s Supporters Club President, Ambassador Oluwakemi Ogunfuwa
Confederation of African Football, CAF has awarded the Fan of the match between Nigeria and Guinea Bissau at the ongoing African Cup of Nations, AFCON, to the National President of Football Fans Club of Nigeria, FFCN, Ambassador Oluwakemi Ogunfuwa.
Mama Nigeria, as fondly called, was announced by CAF shortly after Nigeria defeated Guinea Bissau 1-0 and snatched a ticket to the round of 16 of the continental showpiece
She was exceptionally attractive at the match venue as she stood out throughout the game with her unique costume.
Speaking after receiving the award, the first African woman to lead Supporters Club said: “On behalf of the entire members and Executives of Football Fans Club of Nigeria, FFCN, I want to specially appreciate the CAF for this recognition. I was not the only person at the stands for side attraction but they have shown to me that hard work pays. In fact, this award is for Nigeria and I therefore dedicate it to President of Nigeria, His Excellency, Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu”. She enthusiastically submitted
