Sunshine Stars Sack Coach Edith Agoye Over Poor Performance
The management of sunshine stars football club of Ondo state have sacked coach Edith Agoye after a run of poor results in the ongoing 2023/24 Nigeria Premier Football League NPFL.
Sunshine stars media officer Micheal Akintunde confirmed this to newsmen in Akure the Ondo state capital.
Meanwhile the management of Sunshine Stars are currently shopping for a quick replacement for coach Edith Agoye.
Two former sunshine stars handlers, Kennedy Boboye and Deji Ayeni are the two top coaches expected to take over the team.
Agoye,a former shooting stars of Ibadan coach was sacked following his team’s 1-0 loss away to Kwara United on Saturday at the Ilorin township stadium.
Sunshine Stars are presently on 12th position in the NPFL table.
