Fire Razes Chief Alao-Akala Ogbomoso Home
An early morning fire incident has occurred at the Ogbomoso home of the former governor of Oyo State, Otunba Christopher Alao Akala.
The inferno which razed down the multi million Naira building located at Randa ,Ogbomoso.
According to reports, One person has been confirmed dead while another person sustained serious injury
An eyewitness who preferred anonymity also said the fire incident emanated from gas explosion which he said led to the death of one person, while the other person has been taken to hospital for treatment.
The Sector Commandant of State Fire Service, Ogbomoso command, Mr Oluwaseyi Awogbile who confirmed the incident said the fire accident occured at half past seven on Monday morning.
Awogbile, noted that the cause of the fire could not be ascertained, promising that the Service would soon unravel what might have led to the accident.
He explained that the fire had been put out to prevent further spread.
