I Buy Two Congos of Rice to Beat Inflation – Kayrom Lee
Ambassador Romoke Ayinde, the Chief Executive Officer of Kayrom Lee Gym and Fitness Centre has said that she buys only two Congos of rice to relieve herself from the psychological trauma of food inflation.
Ambassador Ayinde explained that not that she was not financially bouyant to purchase a 50kg bag of the grain but it was needless since the measurements she prepares as meal fall within two Congos.
She bemoaned the soaring forex which had inflated the prices of food stuff and thereby increasing the rate of poverty and hunger in the land.
Speaking shortly after her conferrement as Patroness of the Nigeria Union of Journalists NUJ FRCN Ibadan Chapel at the Studio one, Broadcasting House of Radio Nigeria Ibadan, Ambassador Ayinde stated that she chose dancing as a hobby to douse the tension in town.
I dance always to keep fit and also forget about the troubles around me. When I dance, nobody knows how much I have, wether I have money in my account or I don’t have, I dance to stay happy “
Ambassador Ayinde who recieved double recognitions as Patroness of the union and Media Friendly Personality of The Year award enjoined Nigerians to manage their health and exercise their body so they can survive the economic hardship and live long.

Decorating Ambassador Ayinde as the Patroness of Union, the Zonal Director, Radio Nigeria, Ibadan Zonal Station, Mr Dominic Mokikan urged her to justify the role given by the union so as to record remarkable success while she’s on board.
Earlier in an address, Chairman, NUJ, FRCN Ibadan Chapel, Mr. Oluwakayode Banjo, commended Ambassador Ayinde for her philanthropic initiatives aimed at talents discovery, grooming and Empowerment of the people at the grassroots.
He noted that her choice as Patroness of the union and the award were in recognition of his track records on immense contributions to people at the grassroots, urging her not to rest on her oars
Other award recipients included Senator representing Oyo South Senatorial District on the platform of the All Progressive Congress (APC) in the Nigerian Senate, Abuja, Barrister Sharafadeen Alli, Chairman, SDM Group, Prince Niran Adeyoju and a Finance expert, Chief Kolapo Kola-Daisi.
